Your portfolio covers Customer Experience, Security, Enterprise Systems & Technology Operations (ESTO), and People Success - teams that are actively scaling and critical to Coinbase's operations and infrastructure.

You'll lead a team of recruiters, partner directly with senior leaders across your portfolio on workforce planning and hiring strategy, and drive the operational rigor and quality

Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruiting across full-cycle required.
• 3+ years in leadership of recruiting teams required.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on hiring strategy.
• Data-driven approach to pipeline management required.
• Knowledge of responsible AI usage in recruiting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach a team of Core recruiters, setting clear expectations for performance, pipeline quality, and hiring outcomes.
• Partner with senior leadership across CX, Security, ESTO, and People Success on workforce planning and hiring priorities.
• Own recruiting operations for your portfolio, ensuring team structure and capacity flex with shifting business priorities.
• Drive hiring process improvements by analyzing pipeline data, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing changes that improve speed and quality of hire.
• Build a high-performance team culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

You'll lead a team of recruiters, partner directly with senior leaders across your portfolio on workforce planning and hiring strategy, and drive the operational rigor and quality bar that ensures every hire strengthens the company.

What you’ll do:

• Lead, develop, and coach a team of Core recruiters, setting clear expectations for performance, pipeline quality, and hiring outcomes

Required Skills and Experience:

• 10+ years of recruiting experience across the full cycle (talent mapping, sourcing, interviewing, closing), with 3+ years leading and developing recruiting teams
• Demonstrated success partnering with senior leadership on hiring strategy and workforce planning
• Track record of building, coaching, and scaling high-performing recruiting teams in fast-paced technology environments
• Data-driven approach to pipeline management with the ability to translate recruiting metrics into strategic recommendations for leadership
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

$201,365—$236,900 USD
