Skydio is seeking a Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering for Launch Team Readiness, West. This remote US role leads the readiness function for the western dock business, owning the customer journey from pre-sales readiness through deployment, training, and go-live, with travel 50–60% to support engagements and events.

Reports to the Director, Launch Team. The team prioritizes on-time deployments, readiness gate adherence, and a smooth handoff to Customer Success, working closely with Sales,

Qualificações

• 5+ years of customer-facing operations, deployment, implementation, or project delivery experience.
• 1+ years of team leadership or mentoring responsibilities.
• Familiarity with drone operations and public safety contexts is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex launches.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Readiness Specialists across the West region, ensuring coverage and accountability.
• Drive on-time launches by overseeing site readiness, policy milestones, and training progress.
• Develop and maintain the readiness playbook, templates, and handoff criteria.
• Represent customers inside Product/Engineering and coordinate cross-team conflict resolution.
