Job summary

Skydio in the United States is seeking a senior leader to own customer readiness across Skydio's dock business, from qualification to live program. This role will drive on-time launches, manage readiness gates across site, policy, flight, and handoff, and ensure top-tier customer success.

You will lead a team of leaders, partner with Product and Engineering, and guide agencies through drone operations and public approvals to scale the function effectively.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing operations.
• 2+ years leading leaders.
• Experience guiding agencies through public approval and drone operations.

Responsibilities

• Own customer readiness across Skydio's dock business from qualification to live program.
• Drive on-time launches and hold readiness gates across site, policy, flight, and handoff.
• Represent the customer inside Skydio and partner with Product and Engineering.
• Lead a team of leaders and scale the function faster than headcount.
