You will oversee process improvement, training, data analysis and Epic-related initiatives to elevate registration, scheduling and billing workflows.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED
• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare management, public health, or related degree
• 8 or more years Patient Access Services or Revenue Cycle department experience.
• 10 or more years of experience in a large healthcare delivery system.
• 6 or more years management experience.
• Experience with Revenue Cycle including registration, scheduling, front desk check-in, authorization, denials, insurance billing.
• Experience with issue evaluation from creative and systems perspectives.
• Experience with compliance requirements of Access Services and Revenue Cycle (Joint Commission, EMTALA, HIPAA, CMS, etc).
• Experience with computer systems and IT solutions used in Revenue Cycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve Patient Access Services across states.
• Oversee process improvement, Epic enhancements, training, data analysis and HR management within Revenue Cycle.
• Standardize complex practices and drive operational improvements in large systems.
