Job summary

Providence is seeking a Senior Manager Quality - Remote to lead and improve Patient Access Services and Pre-Service teams across states. You will guide program oversight, process improvements, Epic enhancements and upgrades, training, and data interpretation to drive enterprise-wide excellence.

In this role you will manage teams, plan strategically, measure performance, and handle HR-related aspects within Revenue Cycle operations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Patient Access Services or Revenue Cycle teams.
• Experience in large healthcare delivery systems.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (Joint Commission, HIPAA, CMS).

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve Patient Access Services and Pre-Service teams across states.
• Oversee process improvement, Epic enhancements, training, and data interpretation.
