Job summary

Providence is seeking a Senior Manager Quality to lead and optimize Patient Access Services and Revenue Cycle operations across multiple states. The role emphasizes process improvement, data analysis, and staff development, with a focus on regulatory compliance and IT systems support.

The position is remote and part of Providence Shared Services, offering a collaborative culture that values patient-centered care, inclusion, and professional growth.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, public health, or related field.
• 8+ years in Patient Access Services or Revenue Cycle.
• 10+ years in a large healthcare delivery system.
• 6+ years of management experience.
• Experience with Revenue Cycle components (registration, scheduling, front desk check-in, authorizations, denials, billing).
• Experience with regulatory/compliance requirements (Joint Commission, EMTALA, HIPAA, CMS).
• Experience with IT systems used in Revenue Cycle and training materials development.

Responsibilities

• Lead program oversight for process improvement and operational excellence within Patient Access Services.
• Oversee Epic enhancements and upgrades as part of system optimization.
• Develop training materials and education programs for staff.
• Analyze data to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for standardizing practices.
