This role will standardize front-end revenue cycle workflows, produce educational collateral, and establish performance thresholds and analytics for professional services.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, 8+ years in leadership, and a track record of process improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare administration, business, finance, or related field.
• 10+ years in healthcare or revenue cycle with increasing responsibility.
• 8+ years in leadership/supervisory roles.
• Experience evaluating organizational needs, designing process changes, and implementing improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the centralized initiative to create standard clinic/professional front-end revenue cycle workflows.
• Serve as liaison between local ministries/clinics and the Professional Revenue Cycle.
• Produce educational collateral, performance thresholds, and front-end analytics across Providence markets.
