Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in healthcare management, public health, or related field.
• 8+ years in Patient Access Services or Revenue Cycle.
• 6+ years in management in a large healthcare delivery system.

• Lead and oversee Patient Access Services and Revenue Cycle processes across the enterprise.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and enhance Epic system capabilities.
• Develop training materials and programs for staff with varied learning styles.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, EMTALA, HIPAA, CMS and related regulations.
