Job summary

Providence is seeking a Senior Manager Quality to drive Operational Excellence across Patient Access Services. The role includes process improvement, Epic enhancements, training, data analysis, and HR management, with a focus on compliance and system-wide standardization.

You will lead teams in a large healthcare setting. Ideal candidates bring extensive Revenue Cycle experience, strong leadership, and expertise in regulatory requirements, ensuring high-quality patient access and pre-service

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare management, public health, or related field.
• 8+ years in Patient Access Services or Revenue Cycle.
• 10+ years in a large healthcare delivery system.
• 6+ years of management experience.
• Experience with Revenue Cycle processes: registration, scheduling, authorization, denials, billing.
• Experience evaluating issues and trends from both creative and systemic angles.
• Experience with legal/compliance in Access Services and Revenue Cycle (Joint Commission, EMTALA, HIPAA, CMS).
• Experience with computer systems and IT solutions in Revenue Cycle.
• Experience developing training materials and standardizing processes.
• Experience with process improvement, change management, and operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve Patient Access Services departments across the enterprise.
• Oversee program areas including process improvement, Epic enhancements, training and data interpretation.
• Manage teams, strategic planning, measurement, and HR aspects within Revenue Cycle.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standardize complex practices.
