Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or relevant area, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in healthcare revenue cycle or administrative services.
• 8+ years in leadership/supervisory roles.
• Experience designing and implementing business process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead centralized initiative to standardize front-end revenue cycle workflows.
• Develop educational collateral and performance thresholds.
• Drive front-end revenue cycle analytics across Providence's professional markets.
• Collaborate with ministries/clinics and Revenue Cycle Business Services.
• Champion process improvements and organizational change.
