Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Product & Pricing Operations professional to drive the transformation of our New Product Introduction framework and support GTM readiness for newly acquired products. This hybrid role involves collaborating with Sales, Support, Product, and Operations to refine processes and ensure smooth transitions and pricing migrations.

Qualifications

Experience designing, transforming, or optimizing product operations processes.
Ability to translate stakeholder feedback into actionable requirements.
Hands-on experience with CRM/Quote-to-Cash systems and pricing data.

Responsibilities

Design, stand up, and refine NP I frameworks to streamline cross-functional alignment.
Collect and analyze feedback from Sales, Support, Product, and Operations.
Link feedback to operational improvements for launch success and lifecycle.
Lead operational workstreams for new product launches and GTM readiness.
Support contract, SKU, and pricing migrations during integrations.
Coordinate cross-functional launch initiatives with milestones and risks.
Ensure end-to-end readiness across quoting, packaging, provisioning, and invoicing.
Configure product data, price books, and SKUs in Salesforce.
