Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in field sales leadership or related market-facing roles.
• Experience supporting revenue growth through product positioning and sales strategy.
• Strong understanding of payor-focused products or healthcare solutions.
• Experience partnering with sales teams and product leaders in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with client/broker discussions.

Responsibilities

• Own sales performance for assigned products, including new logo sales and buy-up within existing customers.
• Partner with regional sales and account teams to identify target accounts and develop product-specific strategies.
• Support pipeline development and deal advancement, including client and broker discussions.
• Equip sales teams, brokers, and consultants with clear value propositions and messaging materials.
• Deliver sales training and product education sessions and market-facing presentations.
• Translate complex product features into simple, client-relevant benefits.
• Provide insights to product management to refine positioning and pricing.
