Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• At least 10 years’ experience in capital projects development and management; power generation project development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops a powerful project development team focused on delivering power generation and storage projects.
• Working with regulators to support certifications and navigating the Stage Gate Process.
• Utilizes commercial expertise to solidify agreements and leads contract negotiations with stakeholders.
• Mentors team members and ensures Individual Development Plans progress.
