The role focuses on developing and maturing tech for new generation, supporting techno-economic assessments, and guiding design improvements for thermal generation and emerging tech.

The position collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to advance project development, ensure constructible designs, and align with Entergy's generation strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering required.
• Advanced degree preferred for senior progression.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and matures technical performance perspectives for new and developing technologies.
• Performs early-stage project development for new generation resource types and technology improvements.
• Maintains technical performance screenings and techno-economic assessments for generation technologies.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to meet power generation assessment needs and approvals.
• Provides technical support to project development including proposals and design standards.
