Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager of Process Management for the Global Payment Network. The role ensures risk efforts are flawlessly executed, bridging product, tech, and risk partners to keep transaction processing platforms well-documented and supported.

The candidate will serve as SME and POC for risk initiatives, blending analysis with process optimization to create streamlined risk workflows and proactive data collection for on-time execution and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 2 years in Process management or Risk.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• 5+ years in Process management; 5+ years in Project management, Compliance, or Risk Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cross-functional partnership with Product, Tech, and Risk teams to ensure efficient, well-documented transaction processing products and platforms.
• Drive remediation of issues to mitigate risk and ensure timely resolution.
• Develop and maintain formal L2 process documentation, procedures, and process flow diagrams; establish standard work for a consistent support model.
