Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in good standing in your state of residence
• 4+ years experience in a high volume pharmacy
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Experience managing, coaching, developing a team with clear performance expectations
• Experience in pharmacy operations including prescription verification and patient consultations
• Ability to use operational data to drive improvements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations and patient safety requirements
• PharmD degree from an accredited school of pharmacy

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists handling remote prescription verification and patient consultations
• Oversee day-to-day team performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience
• Develop and maintain reporting for operational visibility using data and trends
• Forecast staffing needs and maintain appropriate coverage
• Develop training and quality assurance programs ensuring patient safety and compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new workflows and tools
• Maintain proficiency in frontline workflows and participate in coverage rotations
• Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal pharmacy regulations
• Act as escalation point for complex issues and drive timely resolutions
