Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technical, or engineering discipline.
• Experience leading manufacturing staff and supervisors.
• Cell therapy and aseptic manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations in a cGMP environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage daily manufacturing operations.
• Provide leadership to supervisors and frontline personnel.
• Ensure alignment with production schedules and business goals.
• Maintain audit-ready facility and compliant batch records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for investigations, deviations, and changes.
