Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles within cGMP environments.
• Experience managing cell therapy or aseptic manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations and ensure alignment with production schedules.
• Provide direction to Supervisors and frontline staff, prioritizing tasks.
• Maintain audit-ready facility and compliance with SOPs and regulatory expectations.
• Oversee batch documentation accuracy and on-the-floor record reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for maintenance, investigations, deviations, and change controls.
