Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, business planning, product management, personal loans, consumer lending, or financial services.
• Bachelor's degree is required; Master's degree preferred.
• Deep understanding of consumer lending, credit risk, lending economics, customer acquisition and retention.
• Proven ability to develop and execute growth and market expansion strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives and senior stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL, Tableau or similar analytics tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow the personal loan business across new segments, markets and channels.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and expansion opportunities.
• Evaluate new products, pricing, partnerships, and distribution opportunities to improve growth.
• Define and monitor KPIs related to financial performance, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Partner with Credit Risk, Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance and Technology to optimize the journey and conversion rates.
• Leverage data analytics to improve lending strategies, underwriting efficiency, and portfolio performance.
• Identify cross-sell, up-sell and customer lifetime value opportunities.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Develop relationships with fintechs, financial institutions and external distribution partners.
