Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Sr. Business Manager - Global Payment Network in McLean, VA to drive strategy, profitability, and execution for a key segment within a large financial services environment.

The role partners with product, marketing, analytics, and project teams to shape lending offerings, improve credit performance, and ensure disciplined delivery of strategic initiatives while developing talent and maintaining financial and operational rigor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of quantitative analysis experience.
• 3+ years of qualitative analysis experience.
• 1+ year of people management experience.
• 1+ year of project management experience.
• Master’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
• Own a business segment with potential P&L accountability.
• Manage and mentor a team of analysts to strengthen talent retention.
• Implement new product and pricing strategies for lending products.
• Lead marketing efforts for products across multiple channels.
• Improve credit performance through analysis of consumer trends and risk models.
• Coordinate project delivery and execute product strategies across the organization.
