Upgrade, Inc. is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Personal Loans in a hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA or Wilmington, DE. You’ll lead growth initiatives across the customer journey, partnering with Marketing, Partnerships, Risk, Credit, Finance, and Analytics to turn insights into scalable business impact.

You’ll drive strategy, prioritize opportunities, and define success metrics, while collaborating with senior leadership to invest in high-impact programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience at senior/principal level.
• Experience translating ambiguous problems into clear product strategies and roadmaps.
• Strong quantitative skills and comfort with experimentation, financial analysis, funnel analytics, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve growth product strategy for Personal Loans across the funnel.
• Develop understanding of acquisition channels, credit constraints, and business drivers.
• Identify and prioritize new growth opportunities including new loan programs and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Marketing to align strategy with campaigns and lifecycle marketing.
• Partner with Partnerships to grow distribution and improve performance.
• Work with Risk, Credit, Finance, and Analytics to evaluate opportunities and profitability.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch.
• Define hypotheses, measure outcomes, and iterate on programs.
