Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Ten or more years in strategy, planning, or product management within personal loans/consumer lending/financial services.
• Two or more years of direct management experience.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with a track record of growth.
• Deep understanding of credit risk and lending economics, customer acquisition and retention strategies.
• Experience with market research, data analytics, and competitive intelligence.
• Leadership and project management skills to execute complex initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau or similar analytics tools is a plus.
• Experience with AI tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement growth strategies for the personal loan business across new segments and geographies.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify expansion opportunities.
• Evaluate new product offerings, pricing models, and partnerships to enhance profitability.
• Drive initiatives to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Define and track KPIs and align with financial targets.
• Collaborate with risk, marketing, product, and operations to optimize the customer journey.
• Use data insights to refine underwriting efficiency and portfolio profitability.
• Identify cross-sell and lifetime value expansion opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and present strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate with external fintechs and partners to drive growth and innovation.
