Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group seeks a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights to lead the HR technology, analytics, and employee listening platforms in a remote-capable role. You will set the division's multi-year technology strategy and govern HR systems while guiding workforce reporting and AI risk considerations.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, deep Workday experience, and strong governance, data, and change-management skills to drive enterprise value across People and Community

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related work experience including 3+ years leading teams or enterprise programs.
• Hands-on HRIS platform expertise with Workday configuration, security, testing and support.
• Experience in HR data, reporting, analytics, dashboards, audits, and data quality.
• System implementations, upgrades, releases, and optimization across HR modules.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, controls, security and policy requirements in HR systems.
• Proven project, program and change management skills across enterprise projects.
• Cross-functional partnership with HR, payroll, IT, finance, security and vendors.
• Core HR processes knowledge: org structures, compensation, benefits, recruiting, employee lifecycle, performance, talent data.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year technology strategy for the People and Community division, aligning with enterprise plans.
• Govern HR system configuration, security, data, reporting, releases, and vendor performance.
• Oversee budgeting, contracts, renewals, and implementation partners in collaboration with IT, Finance, Procurement and Legal.
• Represent People and Community in enterprise tech decisions affecting employee trust and organizational value.
• Lead and develop the HR systems and analytics team and ensure equitable development opportunities.
• Own technology intake and prioritization balancing value, risk and enterprise standards.
• Serve as process owner for internal controls and audit evidence.
• Safeguard sensitive data and ensure responsible AI practices in automated decisions.
• Improve platform reliability, adoption, and self-service for employees and managers.
