Job summary

Comcast is seeking a Manager 2 to join the Talent Experiences team. The role supports and executes employee experience programs and talent initiatives that advance culture, inclusion, recognition, wellbeing, and engagement while aligning with enterprise goals.

Working with Talent, HR, Communications and business stakeholders, you will translate strategy into action through planning, coordination, communications, performance tracking and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering talent experience programs.
• Strong program management and stakeholder coordination.
• Familiarity with HR systems and enterprise platforms (e.g., Workday, SharePoint) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of talent experience programs and initiatives.
• Manage workstreams, project plans, timelines, deliverables, communications and follow-ups.
• Coordinate cross-functional participation and stakeholder communications to maintain alignment.
• Develop and maintain program plans, trackers, materials, presentations, and documentation.
• Monitor milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, engagement metrics, and feedback.
