• Conduct performance assessments, salary reviews and bonus determinations.
• Maintain industry trend awareness to ensure best practices.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across the organization.
• Identify and mitigate program risks.
• Ensure consistent attendance and flexibility as needed.
