• Oversee program governance, risk management, and execution against objectives.
• Integrate work across functions, clarifying roles and fostering shared accountability.
• Design and scale activation and change strategies to translate priorities into local impact.
• Lead complex, high-visibility initiatives from strategy through implementation and continuous improvement.
• Leverage data and feedback to inform strategy and program evolution.
• Identify innovative opportunities including AI-enabled solutions to strengthen talent experiences.
• Build, coach, and develop high-performing teammates and workstream leaders.
