Qualifications

• 8+ years of M&A or M&A Service Delivery experience in areas such as leading strategy and diligence engagements for mid-market PE clients and portfolio companies.
• Experience with financial statements and complex models; ability to translate data into insights.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on work and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with private equity clients in buy-side and sell-side opportunities.
• Evaluate portfolio company operations to identify issues and apply value creation solutions.
• Lead proposal development, pricing strategies, and project deliverables.
• Mentor staff and manage multiple engagements and teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Develop and share point-of-view documents and contribute to practice knowledge.
