Qualifications

• Experience leading operations and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, complex environment.
• Experience operating within highly regulated environments with compliance, risk management, internal controls, and audit practices.
• Proven ability to build strong partnerships across HR, Benefits, Finance, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and other stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success driving operational excellence through process optimization, automation, and large-scale transformation initiatives.
• CPP certification, and/or experience with enterprise payroll systems are a plus.
