Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Manager of Patient Support and Services to lead patient access and support programs across the U.S. Pharmaceuticals portfolio.

You will oversee operations, drive continuous improvements, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Training, Analytics, IT, and external partners to enhance patient and provider experiences. The role emphasizes strategic initiatives, analytics-driven forecasting, and AI-enabled solutions to improve program effectiveness,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of experience working for a pharmaceutical manufacturer or pharmaceutical business partner.
• Experience managing patient support services programs, pharmaceutical marketing, sales operations, or related commercial functions.
• Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within established timelines.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams, including Market Access, Sales, Marketing, Training, Analytics, Trade, Compliance, and Legal.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to proactively prioritize business needs and operate independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day oversight of patient support service operations and digital pharmacy partnerships, ensuring effective program execution and high-quality service delivery.
• Drive operational excellence through process optimization, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor program performance, analyze key metrics, and provide recommendations to improve patient access, affordability, adherence, and overall program effectiveness.
• Ensure all patient support activities are conducted in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Lead cross-functional projects supporting new patient support initiatives, managing project plans, timelines, and successful program launches.
• Partner with Marketing, Field Sales, Sales Training, Market Access, Trade, Analytics, Compliance, Legal, and other stakeholders to support business objectives and enhance program effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain program resources, communications, training materials, and supporting documentation.
• Educate and support internal and external stakeholders on program offerings, processes, and available resources to drive consistent program execution.
