Job summary

Bayer in the United States is seeking a Senior Director, Patient Support Services to define and advance the vision, design, implementation, management, and evaluation of comprehensive patient support programs across the Bayer portfolio, with a focus on the LYNKUET brand. You will build scalable, patient-centered services aligned with brand outcomes, hub operations, and access initiatives.

You will partner with Market Access, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Analytics and external partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in pharma/healthcare with patient support hubs or access functions.
• 7+ years direct experience in patient support, hub operations, market access, or commercial ops.
• Strong understanding of US market access landscape and retail nuances.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, executive communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, development, and ops for patient support services across the Bayer portfolio.
• Design and manage scalable, patient-centric service models aligned with brand outcomes.
• Mentor and develop patient access teams and partners to ensure compliant, patient-focused delivery.
• Oversee PSS tech/data infra, CRM platforms, and hub partner ecosystems.
• Establish operating metrics and provide strategic insights to Product Squads.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships, including SLAs and contract management.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Analytics, and L&D.
• Ensure programs comply with OIG, AKS, HIPAA, CMS for patient programs.
• Champion patient voice in program design and drive adherence initiatives.
• Maintain governance with SOPs, audits, and quality controls; report to exec leadership.
