Job summary

Bausch + Lomb in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Portfolio Marketing- Surgical Ophthalmology to drive marketing strategy across capital equipment, disposables, and procedural solutions.

You will collaborate with Sales, Clinical, R&D, and Global Marketing to translate customer insights into integrated programs that accelerate adoption and market share growth, while leading cross-functional launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years in marketing and/or sales, preferably in medical devices/ophthalmology.
• Experience developing portfolio strategies and product lifecycle initiatives.
• Experience with launches, value propositions, and market adoption.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute portfolio strategy and marketing plans to achieve revenue, margin, market share, and lifecycle objectives.
• Lead product commercialization and launches for surgical platforms and consumables.
• Partner with customers and stakeholders by leading advisory boards and educational programs.
• Enable sales success through training, messaging, and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate across Sales, Clinical, R&D, Finance, and Operations to manage performance and budgets.
