Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Senior Director of Patient Support Services (LYNKUET) in New Jersey to lead strategy, design, and execution of comprehensive patient support programs across the Bayer portfolio. This role focuses on improving access, adherence, and patient experience through scalable hub operations and collaborative cross-functional leadership.

The position requires 10+ years in pharma/healthcare with 7+ years in patient support or hub operations, strong knowledge of US market access, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Extensive experience in patient support services, hub operations, market access, or commercial operations.
Strong understanding of US market access landscape and retail nuances.
Exceptional strategic thinking, executive communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions without direct authority.
Experience managing large vendor/hub partnerships and complex operations.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy and operations for patient support services for LYNKUET.
Design and oversee scalable, patient-centric service models under evolving payer regulations.
Mentor and develop cross-functional patient access teams to sustain compliant, high-performance operations.
Build and improve PSS tech and data infrastructure including hub platforms and CRM systems.
Monitor metrics and provide strategic insights to product squads and executives.
