Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in pharma/healthcare with 7+ years in patient support or hub operations.
• Strong understanding of US market access and retail nuances.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience designing scalable patient support programs.
• Digital and AI fluency to leverage data-driven insights.
• Vendor/hub partnership management experience.
• Regulatory and compliance knowledge (OIG, AKS, HIPAA, CMS).

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, development, and operations of PSS for LYNKUET.
• Design scalable patient-centric service models for complex markets.
• Mentor internal and external patient access teams and ensure compliance.
• Oversee PSS tech and data infrastructure and CRM tools.
• Manage vendor and hub relationships with SLA oversight.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align patient offerings.
