Job summary

Fivetran is hiring a Senior Manager to lead the Partner Solutions Architecture team across EMEA and APJ. You will own the technical relationship with system integrators, consultancies, and technology partners, while partnering with alliances to drive regional go-to-market.

You will coach a distributed team, translate global strategy to regional execution, and ensure successful partner engagements and high-quality implementations across two theatres.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a distributed technical team including hiring and performance management.
• Background in partner, alliance or channel motions and partner economics.
• Strong understanding of the modern data stack and how components fit together.
• Track record building capability in partner or customer organisations through enablement programs or labs.

Responsibilities

• Own regional success with partner leadership counterparts and explain performance drivers.
• Define capability outcomes and scalable operating rhythms for the region.
• Translate global alliance strategy into regional execution with platform partners and SIs.
• Lead, coach and develop the EMEA and APJ Partner Solutions Architecture team and manage 1:1s and career development.
• Define the regional coverage model and prioritize partner and territory support.
• Build and retain a high-performing team, including hiring as it grows.
• Provide regional insights to global product Partner SAs and product teams with data-backed observations.
• Travel ~30% across both theatres for planning, enablement delivery, and team time.
