Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a Partner Sales Manager to own and scale a regional SI partner portfolio across the UK, Ireland, and Nordics, coordinating with EMEA field sales and the PDMs. This full-time role is based out of our London office with a hybrid work model, including two days in the office each week, and focuses on activating, enabling, and accelerating partner-driven pipeline and revenue.

You will build broad partner coverage, drive co-sell motions, and develop champions who can advance

Qualifications

• Experience in partner sales or alliances, preferably in data/SaaS.
• Comfort with multi-country territories and regulatory variations.
• Strong collaboration with field sales and PDMs.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of regional and mid‑market SI partners across the UK, Ireland, and Nordics.
• Map and build relationships with partner organizations.
• Maintain engagement cadence of reviews, pipeline syncs, and enablement.
• Balance coverage between UK&I and Nordic markets.
• Position Fivetran as the preferred data integration partner.
• Drive partner onboarding and ongoing enablement.
• Drive co‑sell between EMEA account executives and partner teams.
• Deliver sourced and influenced revenue against sub‑regional targets.
