Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Sr. Manager, Platform Implementations to lead a 20+ person team and drive end-to-end platform onboarding, including reports, workflows, apps, dashboards, and analytics.

You’ll partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver scalable implementations across our client base. Ideal candidates have a technical background, proven history of building processes, and comfort operating in ambiguity while maintaining high standards and delivering customer

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading an Implementation or Customer Success team.
• 2+ years managing people managers.
• Experience with B2B/B2C products.
• Proven ability to scale teams and meet SLAs.
• Data-driven approach to performance metrics.
• Strong communication and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and execution of Platform implementations from kickoff through go-live.
• Identify and mitigate risks; escalate complex projects and issues.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to improve delivery.
• Ensure seamless transition from sales to implementation to account management.
• Develop, monitor, and manage key performance metrics.
• Hire, mentor, and grow high-performing teams to meet monthly goals.
• Create playbooks and tooling to drive consistency and scalability.
• Drive best practices in project management and client communication.
• Foster a customer-delight focus and maximize product adoption.
