Lilo Social is a full-funnel ecommerce growth agency, providing paid media, email marketing, and creative services for DTC brands. We seek a Senior Manager, Paid Media to act as strategic quarterback for a pod of marketers and a CMO-level partner to clients.

You will own growth vision and execution across client portfolios, combining ecommerce expertise with strong leadership and communication to drive revenue growth and retention.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of ecommerce growth marketing with a proven DTC track record.
• Experience building holistic growth strategies across paid, email, SMS, and CRO.
• History managing ad budgets above $100k/month across Meta/Google/TikTok.
• Strong email and SMS lifecycle program expertise.
• Minimum 2 years leading teams or multi-stakeholder projects.
• Proficiency with Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and Google Ads.
• Advanced analytics skills and ability to translate data into strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high EQ.

Aufgaben

• Serve as strategic partner and primary contact for a portfolio of ecommerce clients.
• Lead weekly strategy sessions and present performance insights and opportunities.
• Develop growth strategies spanning acquisition to retention across the lifecycle.
• Monitor daily performance and revenue pacing; adjust as needed.
• Lead and mentor a pod of marketers, setting objectives and guiding growth.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify constraints and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align initiatives with quarterly targets.
• Translate marketing performance into clear, actionable insights for clients.
• Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• Proactively anticipate client needs and develop preventive solutions.
• Track KPIs including ROAS, CAC, LTV, attribution, and efficiency across channels.
