Job summary

Monks is seeking a Senior Manager – Paid Social to lead a team of account managers, drive client strategy, and optimize performance for large digital campaigns across Facebook and LinkedIn. You will coach a small team, manage client relationships, and present strategy to executives, with a focus on ROI and growth within a fast-paced agency.

You’ll oversee onboarding, renewals, and quarterly reviews, while shaping innovative tactics and best practices to elevate client results.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct paid social client management including Facebook and LinkedIn advertising strategy development, execution & client relationship management.
• 1+ year in a supervisory role directly managing other digital marketing professionals
• Experience presenting digital marketing strategy to C-Suite and executive audiences
• Passion for crunching numbers, analyzing data in Google Analytics or Facebook Business Manager, and navigating Excel spreadsheets

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact and client team lead for our biggest clients
• Manage a team of 1-2 Account Managers and Sr. Account Managers
• Revenue & retention responsibilities for team accounts
• Participate in onboardings, renewal calls, and other important client communications
• Drive overall account strategy, forecasting, and planning
• Analyze performance data and KPIs
• Create and deliver quarterly performance reviews for your direct reports
• Run weekly team meetings to track progress toward client & team goals
