Job summary

The Digital Lighthouse is seeking a senior, hands-on Paid Social Lead to own the account strategy and daily delivery. You will manage a portfolio of paid social accounts—primarily Meta, with LinkedIn, TikTok and Pinterest where relevant—and drive profitable, full-funnel growth, not just cheap clicks.

You’ll work directly with clients to plan creative tests, set campaign structure, and review results. You’ll explain insights and decide what to test next, while raising the standard through

Qualifications

• Several years hands-on experience with Meta Ads, preferably agency-side, across ecommerce or lead gen.
• Strong knowledge of campaign structure and audience strategy with testing methods.
• Nice eye for creative that drives engagement and tests worth running.
• Comfortable owning client relationships and leading conversations.
• Numerical mindset linking spend to revenue and margin, with trade-offs explained.
• Familiarity with GA4 and measurement-driven performance.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of paid social accounts and drive full-funnel performance toward revenue and margin.
• Build scalable account structures with ongoing optimization and testing.
• Lead an always-on creative testing program with the creative team.
• Own reporting to clients, highlighting what works and what’s next.
• Set standards for creative quality and QA across accounts.
• Collaborate with analytics on measurement, Conversions API, and data signals.
• Identify new platforms/audiences and justify opportunities with evidence.
• Coach executives and uplift team performance.
