You will work directly with founders and senior stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, improve account performance, and mentor Paid Social Managers & Media Buyers, helping raise execution standards across the business.

You deeply understand the core levers that drive eCommerce growth: offer, conversion, creative, and distribution.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of paid social experience within an agency or DTC e-commerce environment.

• Own strategy and performance across a portfolio of DTC brands on Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Mentor Paid Social Managers and Media Buyers to raise execution standards.
• Identify growth opportunities and translate business goals into paid social plans with measurable outcomes.
• Lead client discussions, align activity with commercial targets, and drive retention and growth.
• Stay ahead of platform trends and use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, and decision-making.
