We work across the customer lifecycle, from content creation and paid ads to conversion rate optimization and retention marketing. Our team of 75+ drives billions in attributed revenue and maintains a 90% client retention rate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ecommerce or performance marketing with DTC brand experience.
• Proven paid social creative strategy with Meta Ads; familiarity with TikTok or YouTube preferred.
• Strong grasp of creative testing methodology and performance analysis.
• Experience coordinating design and video teams from brief to execution.
• Data-driven mindset with comfort using performance metrics to guide priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead research by mining reviews, ads libraries, audience pain points, and product differentiators to identify winning angles.
• Own creative testing strategy with structured roadmaps, hypotheses, variables, and learning agendas.
• Create world-class briefs with hooks, messaging, and visual concepts for designers and editors.
• Direct performance storytelling by mapping the customer journey from awareness to purchase.
• Build UGC and production guidance including shot lists, scripts, and creator direction.
• Manage creator relationships to produce on-brief, performance-oriented content.
• Write high-performing ad copy and on-screen text aligned with testing frameworks.
• Collaborate on conversion rate optimization with landing page and messaging updates.
• Track performance with KPIs by concept and angle; report insights to teams/clients.
• Develop inspiration boards to inform direction and market trends.
