DXC Technology is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Property & Casualty BPS Operations portfolio for US-based insurer clients. You will drive operational excellence across delivery, quality, productivity, and workforce planning while managing large, geographically distributed teams.

The role requires 10+ years in P&C BPS, strong executive communications, and a track record of transformation, automation, and growth within outsourced insurance operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in insurance operations, BPS/BPO, or related outsourced service environments.
• Significant Property & Casualty insurance experience.
• Demonstrated experience running outsourced P&C operations from the service-provider/BPO side.
• Experience managing large, geographically distributed organizations (onshore/offshore).
• Operational financial responsibility (budgets, revenue, margins, P&L).
• Executive-level client relationship experience (US-based P&C carriers).
• Experience with automation, digital operations, analytics, or AI-enabled improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large-scale outsourced P&C BPS operation across delivery, quality, productivity, and workforce planning.
• Build and sustain governance structures and accountability across teams and locations.
• Drive transformation, automation, and AI-enabled improvements within insurance processes.
• Partner with sales and commercial teams on growth, renewals, and new opportunities.
• Represent the organization with senior insurer executives.
