- Experience running outsourced P&C operations from service-provider side.
- Leadership of large, distributed teams (onshore/offshore).
- Strong executive communication with US carrier stakeholders.
- Experience with automation, AI, and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead a large-scale outsourced P&C BPS operation for insurer clients.
- Own delivery performance across metrics and governance.
- Coach Delivery and Account Leaders for senior client relationships.
- Manage budgets, revenue, margins, and commercial performance.
- Drive transformation, automation, and AI-enabled improvements.
- Grow existing client relationships and pursue new opportunities.
