The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, business process redesign, and ensuring standard product adoption while minimizing customization. Strong in insurance domain and leadership is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of experience as a business analyst or functional lead in insurance/reinsurance.
• Strong knowledge of reinsurance administration processes including treaty and facultative business, claims, and financial workflows.
• Experience supporting functional workstreams for packaged or out‑of‑the‑box applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional workshops and sessions with client stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with product, development and QA teams to ensure end‑to‑end alignment.
• Support client readiness through training, documentation, and cut‑over planning.
• Mentor junior analysts and ensure quality across deliverables.
