Job summary

DXC Technology Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior Technology Project Manager to lead Life and Annuity technology programs, ensuring delivery of complex platforms and integrations.

You will manage cross-functional teams, collaborate with Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA, Compliance, and external vendors, and report to executives on risks, budgets, and progress. Experience in regulated insurance environments is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technology project management or related roles.
• Experience leading complex enterprise technology initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Experience in Life, Annuity, Insurance or another highly regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Technology Project Leadership: lead multiple concurrent tech projects with governance, budgets, and delivery commitments.
• Life & Annuity technology support: modernize platforms and translate business processes into tech plans.
• Agile & Product Delivery: lead Scrum/SAFe teams, manage backlogs, roadmaps, and releases.
• API & Systems Integration: oversee REST APIs, enterprise integrations, testing, and deployment readiness.
• Governance, Risk & Compliance: ensure security, regulatory, and enterprise governance requirements.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: partner with executives, vendors, and delivery teams to drive outcomes.
