The role combines hands-on leadership with strategic client relationships, transformation, and profitable growth, spanning onshore and offshore delivery.

Qualifications

10+ years in insurance operations, BPS/BPO or outsourced services.
Significant Property & Casualty experience.
Leadership of large, distributed teams (300+ employees).
Experience managing US-based P&C carrier client relationships.
Experience with budgets, revenue, margins, or other P&L responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale outsourced P&C BPS operations across onshore and offshore locations.
Establish governance, metrics, and accountability across delivery.
Coach Delivery and Account Leaders to perform with senior client stakeholders.
Drive transformation and AI-enabled process improvements in insurance operations.
