Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) Construction & Development seeks a Senior Manager, Operations Program Support to coordinate and oversee support functions for a segment of the Capital Program and Business Operations. You will make timely decisions, escalate issues, and enable high-quality work products while directing managers and staff.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and seven years of related experience, with at least three years in a managerial capacity.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Computer Science, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum seven years of related experience.
• At least three years in a managerial or supervisory role in a large organization.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee administrative functions including compensation, facility management, payroll, leave, labor relations, space management, vehicle and equipment/supplies management.
• Coordinate with related parties across C&D.
• Develop, analyze, report, and maintain data supporting project management and operations.
• Identify issues and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Manage budget activities for capital projects within the unit.
• Prepare data analyses, reporting, and presentations.
• Support data/document management for project management systems.
• Assist in personnel requests and documentation for staffing.
