Job summary

The Boeing Company in Berkeley, MO is seeking a Mission Systems Sensors and Core Avionics Senior Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team onsite. You will drive the RF, EO, and Core Avionics portfolio, ensure technical integrity, manage supplier execution, and interface with customers and program offices.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Engineering or higher with focus in Electrical/Mechanical/Aeronautical, Computer Science, Data Science, Math, Physics or Chemistry.
Minimum 10 years of related work experience.
Minimum 5 years engineering leadership experience.
Minimum 3 years applying PMBPs including project planning/scheduling and EVM.
Minimum 3 years of technical experience in mission systems development and integration.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering teams in RF, EO, and Core Avionics on the AP2 platform.
Drive program execution and metric reporting for RF, EO, and Core Avionics portfolios.
Interface with customers and Boeing program office daily.
Provide technical management of supplier execution.
