Job summary

The Boeing Company in Berkeley, MO seeks Mid-Level to Senior Design and Analysis Engineers to tackle system-of-systems integration across sensors, mission management, and weapons interfaces. You’ll define requirements, architect end-to-end solutions, and verify across disciplines within a fast-paced Phantom Works program.

Responsibilities include MBSE artifacts, system interdependencies, data flows, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent related work education.
• Level 3: 5+ years of related experience with degree or equivalent.
• Level 4: 9+ years of related experience with degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage system requirements and interfaces for system-of-systems integration.
• Architect and document end-to-end mission system integrations and data flows.
• Develop SysML/MBSE artifacts describing architecture and verification mapping.
• Support integration of distributed sensors and external mission services.
• Develop mission system logic for sensor integration and decision support.
• Analyze failure modes and define fault detection and recovery behaviors.
• Produce technical documentation supporting design decisions and verification.
• Communicate tradeoffs and risks to leadership and partners.
• Own capabilities end-to-end from requirements to sustainment.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to reusable patterns.
• Support demonstrations, reviews, and program execution.
