Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent related to the work statement.
• Experience in electronic/electrical system design or test planning preferred.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into architectures and verification strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements decomposition and traceability from customer need to testable design.
• Develop, document, and maintain electronic and electrical system requirements.
• Design hardware, software, and interface specifications.
• Develop statement-of-work and technical performance specifications.
• Analyze and implement customer requirements into system architecture and interfaces.
• Define test and validation approaches for operational requirements.
• Troubleshoot integration and sustainment across hardware/software lifecycles.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to process improvements.
